As a conveniece to the citizens of Fort Smith, we provide online report retrieval. The report retrieval page allows citizens to retrieve a
copy of their police report by filling out a short form. Please allow up to three days after filing your report before attempting online
retrieval. The time delay allows the information to be entered into the system for electronic retrieval. Thank you for your time and patience.
Additionally, live traffic reports of current traffic related incidents within the City of Fort Smith as reported by the Fort Smith Police Department
may also be viewed online in real-time. This information is updated every 5 minutes with the most recent informatin. Click the "Live Accidents" link below.
You will be required to have the following three items in order to retrieve your report:
- Your Call for Service number
- Your Last Name
- The Date the report was taken
These items will be on a small slip of paper the officer will provide to you after taking the information to complete the report. Be sure you completely fill
out the search form. The date must be entered in MM/DD/YY format in order to return any records.
Accident Reports: Please note the implementation date for Accident Reports Online
was June 21st, 2010 and you will be charged $10.00 per accident report. If you need to
retrieve a copy of an accident that occurred prior to this date, it will not be available
online. In the event you are unable to retrieve your report online, print the page where
no records were found with your search criteria. Bring the page with you to the police
department where someone will be able to assist you.
