Obtain and View Background Checks Online
This page displays online Background Check information. This online report is limited to the person providing the report. Four key pieces of information are required to obtain
the online report. This includes the individuals 1) last name, 2) first name, 3) date of birth, and 4) Social Security number.
PLEASE NOTICE
This report only contains information about arrests made by Fort Smith Police. No other law enforcement agency's information is included. By law, no juvenile arrest history is available.
There is no intent to indicate the person for whom the check was made has any criminal conviction. Information pertaining to guilt or innocence is available from the Court of Adjudication.
You may contact District Court of Sebastian County at (479)784-2420 or Sebastian County Circuit Court Clerk at (479)782-1046 for conviction information.
Any arrests made by the Fort Smith Police Department prior to the year 2000 will not be included in this report. To request a Background Check including arrest records prior to the year 2000
you must come to the Fort Smith Police Department in person or mail a request to the Fort Smith Police Department at 100 South 10th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901.
